Job Description / Duties:

• Responsible for all General Human Resource matters
• Involved in designing and creating learning resources, training materials and e-contents
• Market information search and data/report compilation
• In charge of ensuring smooth day to day business operations
• Handle General Administrative Duties
• Provide support to the various departments
• Assist in internal talent acquisition and recruitment related duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma /Degree
• Good in Microsoft Excel
• Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently under minimal supervision
• Meticulous, highly organized and able to multi-task

Responsibilities

· Ownership of the Growth, Retention and Profitability of portfolio assigned

· Responsible for preparing & negotiating quotes for all business lines (new business and renewals)

• Handle EB enquiries from clients or business partners on policy matters (e.g. policy documents, premium and movement of employees or premium outstanding)
• Understand the client's insurance needs and provide proper advice
• Follow up with existing clients for policy renewals
• Handle general administrative and ensure proper documentation, records and filing
• Check of policy contracts, endorsements, invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with regulations and internal procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationship with insurance providers and clients
• Undertake any ad hoc duties / tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder with relevant insurance certificates
• At least 1 year of working experience in the Employee Benefits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Tech Savvy
• Attention to detail and positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Able to work well independently and in teams
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Manage good communications and develop the correct operation objectives.
• Ensuring all operations are carried out in an appropriate & effective manner.
• Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Identification of issues that may affect sales/operations, delivery of services, and implementation of solutions to address issues.
• Take responsibility to ensure smooth operations to the needs of Singapore and overseas offices, agents, customers, and vendors. Assist & support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
• Take charge of operations preparation as requested by the commercial team.
• Promptly inform the customer of shipment status and readiness of shipment.
• Coordinate with operations, commercial, and finance departments to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure timely resolution of any discrepancy in invoicing.
• Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints and escalate issues to immediate superior /
• management whenever required.
• Sharp & precise global tank inventories / fleet control reporting, to keep tight on tank allocation and ensure no idling of tanks.
• Billing of global tank detention to ensure invoices are being send out on timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Evolve MMA's brand and display thorough knowledge of Evolve MMA's products and services when dealing with potential and existing customers
• Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing customers (front line)
• Ensure Evolve MMA academy's operations run smoothly by coordinating between departments
• Manage the overall standards of cleanliness, service experience, maintenance, class schedules and events of the academy, as well as, assist with administrative tasks as required
• Pro-actively work on customer issues assigned via Evolve MMA’s internal systems
• Investigate membership issues, including assistance with finance matters
• Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications

• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holiday on a 5 days work week basis
