Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, volunteers, donors, and supporters to secure resources for service continuity.
• Expand volunteer and donor base by sourcing and engaging new prospects.
• Manage volunteer and donor database, respond to inquiries, and maintain communication.
• Oversee donations and ensure donor support and appreciation.
• Develop and implement short- and mid-term fundraising strategies, action plans, and targets.
• Establish fundraising policies and execute events with stakeholder involvement.
• Track donations to meet targets and prepare post-event reports.
• Oversee volunteer deployment, satisfaction, training, and role matching.
• Promote the company’s mission and brand through various media and community engagement.
• Manage publications, media releases, and brand materials.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree with a passionate to work in a non profile organization.
• Able to commit to work on a weekends when there are events/roadshows.
• Proficient in any design software.
• Singaporean Only.

THE ROLE

• Plan, host and facilitate events for Lockdown, The Escape Artist, V-Room and Lava Floor
• Handle day to day retail operations of Lockdown, The Escape Artist, V-Room and Lava Floor
• Design and prepare marketing materials
• Attend to customers and email enquiries about events.
• Willing to work as needed during weekends and public holidays

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to prioritize work, multi-tasking and follow-up with an eye for detail
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• Confident in speaking to a group of people
• Willing to work on public holidays and weekends when needed
• Good oral, written and interpersonal skills
