This role will be responsible for the delivery of advertising sales revenue target across NBCUniversal portfolio. We are looking for someone who demonstrates teamwork, not only by contributing to the team revenue target by hitting their own, but also collecting and sharing market intelligence, creative ideas and knowledge with team peers.

Essential Responsibilities:

• To embody the NBC Universal’s values and act as brand ambassador across market portfolio.
• To consistently deliver executional excellence, digital innovation, and high client servicing in the region.
• Drive and strategically direct the relevant rep relationships in market.
• To identify and deliver new client revenue streams and maximize client retention for NBCUniversal Portfolio.
• To work with the in-house Catalyst team to ensure proposals offer best practice with targeted, bespoke and accountable solutions that demonstrate a clear understanding of the clients’ businesses and advertising/communication needs.  
• To source for new clients and develop new advertising categories to continually improve market share.
• To develop and implement strategic market plans to achieve the sales targets.
• Consistently service client and agency relationships such that NBC Universal are top of mind and on the consideration set for all suitable campaigns.
• To develop and sell creative solutions across TV, digital and events that stand-out from the competition.
• Evangelise the content partnership successes and develop award winning solutions in response to client content needs.
• To manage and limit cost of sale expenditure in client packages.
• To undertake accurate and timely revenue forecasting and reporting as required for NBC Universal Management.
• To manage Salesforce entries, from fielding lead enquiries to pitch & closed/won entries.
• To liaise with Finance & clients, to facilitate billing/invoicing questions.

To work with ASR team on Deal Reviews & contract work.

Facilities Management

• Plan and manage all maintenance, repair, renovation, and upgrade works of in collaboration with the facilities office.
• Manage room booking by Student Organizations and administer IT systems (e.g. card access and CCTV).
• Oversee the scheduling of duty personnel.
• Oversee the maintenance of the office, including air-conditioning servicing, carpet shampooing, routine inspections, and equipment repair/replacement.
• Manage office reconfigurations, renovations, and workstation allocations.

Logistics Management

• Manage the equipment loan service for student organizations and track usage statistics to recommend replacements as needed.

Administrative Support

• Maintain lists of authorized student organization representatives for facility bookings.
• Collaborate across departments to support future phases of EFBS development.
• Centrally manage Student Assistants engaged and work internally with other teams to deploy them for duties.
• Manage CCA Certificate requests.

Secretariat Support

• Provide secretarial support to the Director of Student Affairs, including
• Scheduling appointments
• Organizing meetings
• Preparing documents (end-to-end)
• Note-taking
• Managing email
• Arranging travels

The Campaigns Executive will support campaign initiatives in line with our client’s requirement whilst still maintaining Supermom’s identity. In this role, you will work with a team to help to raise awareness of our clients, their brands, drive sales, help customer acquisition and retention through marketing initiatives and strategies that we will strategically deploy through Supermom as a platform.

 You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the following initiatives:

 Roles and responsibilities:

• Create and execute multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and direct marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc

• Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work from a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters and designers, to deliver on campaigns. If needed, source for suppliers/freelancers and onboard them
• Constantly monitor and track performance across multiple campaigns and create the right reporting frameworks for analysis and reporting.
• Manage business as usual aspects for a campaign to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Understand our target audiences' behaviours, as well as analyse and segment our existing base, to improve new user acquisition and cross-sell
• Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and maximise margins
• Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment
• Responsible for timely billing of clients
• Work cross-functionally with various departments within the supermom brand.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in user acquisition marketing, either with B2C brands or with agencies
• Proven experience in managing successful B2C demand generation programmes
• Hands-on experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing and/or performance marketing is a big plus
• Working knowledge of Hubspot, GA4 and Meta Marketing is a plus
• Excellent time management and project management; able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time
• Agile when solving a range of implementation or operational issues
• Good interpersonal skills to deal with different types of clients, internal colleagues and stakeholders
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Proficient in written and spoken English
