About the Role:

• Campaign Mastery: Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, focusing on driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.
• Digital Platform Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Taboola to optimize campaign performance and achieve exceptional results.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced analytics tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with our creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our target audience.
• Continuous Testing & Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance campaign performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation.
• Platform Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Taboola.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative Flair: Ability to develop engaging and persuasive ad copy and creative concepts.
