You will serve as a key link between our brand and our customers, playing a critical role in both customer acquisition and retention. Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute effective strategies to meet company goals.

2. Strengthen our brand’s online presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tiktok and Threads etc by developing engaging content and executing effective digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms, with a strong passion for engaging and interacting through these channels.

2. Experience with various digital media platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

4. Proficiency in graphic design software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and video editing tools.

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:

• To ensure compliance with standard of service, operating procedures, and health/ safety regulations
• Extend warm greetings to guests upon arrival and usher them to allocated seats.
• Ensure that mis-en place/side station is all properly set-up before the shift commences.
• Attend daily briefing and ensure all job assignments are duly carried out.
• Greet and bid farewell to guests in a professional and warm manner.
• Carry out suggestive selling.
• Assist cashier in preparing and presenting bills.
• Assign responsibilities to team members and help during busy periods.
• Supervise and train team members to ensure high service standards are maintained.
• Assist Superior to enforce all pre-check and check control procedures.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served and provide feedback to culinary team.
• Routine inspection of all outlet equipment to assure all are in proper working condition and prepare a list of equipment in need of repair and maintenance.
• Take ownership of a guest complaint/problem until it is resolved, or it has been addressed by the appropriate manager or employee.
• Develop a relationship with all guests to build repeated clientele internally and externally.
• Ensure the front and back areas meet standard for cleanliness, proper set up, sufficient supplies and equipment (HACCP)
• Ensure colleague is effective and well trained and deviation from service procedure is corrected through on the job training.
• Ensure that established control procedures, liquors’ law and regulations are followed.
• Monitor volume of business and related labor requirement forecast and control.

About the role

As our Facilities Management Property Executive (M&E), you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to the upkeep and optimization of facilities under your care. You’ll oversee maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety, ensuring every corner of our building operates smoothly and efficiently. This role offers a blend of hands-on oversight, strategy, and sustainability focus, helping our team create a safe, sustainable, and welcoming environment.

What you will be doing:

• Overseeing facility maintenance and repair activities, upholding high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conducting regular inspections of M&E equipment to maintain optimal service levels.
• Managing and renewing service contracts, licenses, and permits, ensuring they remain current and compliant.
• Proposing improvements, repairs, and upgrades to enhance building functionality and efficiency.
• Coordinating and supervising contractor performance, ensuring timely, high-quality service.
• Implementing energy-saving and water conservation initiatives to align with our sustainability goals.
• Leading risk management, emergency planning, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Preparing monthly reports, attending client meetings, and providing updates on facility operations.

What we’re looking for someone who’s:

• Holding a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Bringing at least 5 years of experience in property management / facilities maintenance / equipment management.
• Green Mark and FSM certified candidates are highly preferred.
• Skilled in customer service, with strong communication abilities.
• Knowledgeable about complex technical issues related to building maintenance and eager to propose innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute all contractual obligations for crude and oil products timely, anticipate potential shipment problems and initiate actions to resolve, avoid or mitigate exposures, and aim to achieve operations performance timeliness, accuracy, efficiency and integrity.

2. Liaise closely and effectively with internal and external suppliers, buyers, ship brokers, vessel operator, surveyors, agent, insurance broker, and banks to facilitate various processes throughout execution chain.

3. Work expeditiously to cash sales documents timely and avoid demurrage, manage exposures, reduce financing and bank charges.

4. Handle shipping documents including demurrage claim independently, ensure all AP/AR are processed timely.

5. Familiar with international trade process, able to review and modify Letter of Credit, as well as make, review and submit documents under L/C.

6. Prepare business ledger and update business data.

7. Others trade support duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Relevant degree or diploma. Good experience in commodity trading firms will be considered in lieu.

2. Minimum 2 years working experience in energy trading operations.

3. Experience in LC documentations.

4. Hardworking, ability to work under pressure, high level of trust, integrity and team work.

5. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills is an added advantage.

6. Good numerical, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

8. Proficient in both English and Mandarin including report writing.
