Job Responsibilities

• Know all the buying/ selling rate from customer and airlines.
• Plan all BUP shipment for consolidation.
• Perform bookings with various carriers
• Monitor and plan space for loading of shipment to maximize efficiency.
• Follow up on status of freight and ensure that all relevant parties are update.
• Work closely with airlines on enquiries on rate, tracking and other matters.
• Creating, maintaining and reviewing the selling rate and buying from customer/ carriers.
• Ensuring that all shipments are complete and uplift on time with agreed rate with customer and airline.
• Producing progress report and profit/loss to team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customer service/warehouse team to ensure timely schedule shipment for uplift.
• Handling RFQ, tender
• Coordinate with sales on sales enquiries and assist them to give them the best solutions.
• Manage airlines relationship and involve in BSA or contract negotiation

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma
• With 2-3 years’ experience within the freight forwarding industry
• Require basic knowledge of computer (eg, Excel, Words etc.)

HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

• Working Days: 5 days

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of HR from recruitment, training to offboarding
• Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities
• Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submissions
• Manage and monitor application, renewal and cancellation procedures of work passes
• Manage and maintain employees within the Group’s attendance, tardiness, P-File, insurance and other employee relations matters
• Plan, organize and manage Company annual Dinner and team building activities
• Organize and arrange theoretical training sessions for employees under the Group of Companies
• Set up, organize and manage yearly the Group’s employee appraisal
• Prepare, amend and announce all relevant Company’s documents including but not limited to Company profile, SOP, templates & etc
• Other ad-hoc activities or errands as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience in HR Generalist role
