• Write minutes for Risk Management Committee meetings
• Assist the responsible person in the preparation of the Constitution and By-Laws, when required
• Work closely with Corporate Affairs department on administrative matters related to Management Board
• Any other work assigned by CEO and Dy CEO

Requirements

• A recognized degree with minimum 5 years working experience in admin and secretarial related field
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Possess good communication and comprehension skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
• Organized and meticulous, paying attention to details
• Able to work independently
• Able to keep confidential

• Min 5 years relevant working experience with local projects, preferably with HDB projects
• To work & liaise directly with main contractor
• Experience in Autocad Revit modelling and C&S and M&E services coordination
• Able to start within short notice period will be an advantage.
