Job Description
Managing client account and liaise with clients locally or overseas
Reconcile bank and vendor accounts, post and balance the general ledger, process payments, and support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
Resolve accounting queries and address issues from client portfolios.
Prepare timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other supporting schedules according to company accounting policies.
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE "O" or "A" Level.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in client servicing industry.
Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients.
Experience with Audit Express or SingTax, or basic corporate secretarial work.
Possess good accounting knowledge.
Possess good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and co-workers.
