Job Description

- Responsible for managing all business activities and operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Amazon)
- Liaise closely with management to strategize and drive promotional mechanics and marketing materials to increase the revenue of our e-commerce platforms
- Provide monthly reporting on basic e-commerce activities such as sales, average order value, and conversion rate.
- Execute order processing, fulfillment, and returns across all platforms
- Pick and pack products ordered through online platforms to the highest quality in a timely and accurate manner
- Schedule and dispatch orders accurately to logistic partners
- Packing and labelling of FMCG products
- Handle incoming supplies
- Handle customers’ inquiries

About You
