Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage and handle full set of accounts
• Preparation of monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation, cash flows and other finance-related reports
• Assist in account receivables and debts collection
• Assist in accounts payables and payment processing
• Review of daily/monthly sales transactions and investigating unusual variances/trends
• Preparation of monthly GST returns
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial and insurance agents
• Assist in HR-related functions.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Accountancy
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles with at least 3 years in maintaining full set of accounts
• Proficient in SAP software is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office application, specifically in MS Excel
• Meticulous, organized, analytical and detail-oriented
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
