Business Partner

• Partner with the business group to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR strategic advice and solutions to support their business needs.
• Handle the business group’s recruitment, onboarding new hires, learning & development, employee engagement, staff welfare and benefits matters.
• You will be the go-to person for HR-related enquiries by the employees.

Recruitment and Retention

• Analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent is responsible for and he/ she is expected to

• Perform QA/QC work primarily at our Fresh Food Distribution Centre. 
• Perform sensory and instrumental testing of fresh produce.
• Conduct quality audits of supplier and branch for QA compliance.
• Conduct research study into product quality parameters.
• Conduct routine hygiene check at warehouse facility
• Preparing quality & feedback reports, presentation materials etc.
• Assist the Executive/Manager to administer other related QA programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Chemistry or its equivalent.
• Preferably 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance work and professional knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 220000 or HACCP, etc.
