Responsibilities: 

• Recognize, research, and analyze various threat actor groups/attack patterns, tactics, techniques and procedures. 

• Use data analysis to develop profiles of bad actors on X, and complete scaled investigations into those bad actors.

• Conduct threat modeling to improve threat detection and mitigation.

• Build heuristic rules to detect and stop bad actors on X, and contribute to building other detection systems and Trust & Safety product features.

• Perform continuous research based on open source and internal tooling on specific threats, including threat actors and campaigns, to determine detection and enforcement gaps for X Rules and policies. This includes campaign tracking and trending evaluation.

Job Objectives

As Flight Training Operations Specialist - Training Support & Delivery, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the flight crew training courses conducted by AATC whilst ensuring the highest quality of flight training and satisfaction is delivered to Airbus customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for internal/external customers and their trainees from start to end of their training in AATC.

Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis
• Update spots and remarks on Publicis’s proprietary billing platform based on actualized amount

• Responsible for the sales, market share, adoption and growth of the Visualization and Refractive portfolios
• Responsible for the demonstration of the visualization and refractive products to the customers
• Effective Sales penetration of targeted accounts through supporting the doctors in the Operating Theatre and follow up in the clinics (if necessary)
• Collaborate with CAS to provide clinical and training support to customers
• Establish and develop strong customer rapport to achieve growth and acceptance of Alcon’s surgical products
• Effectively communicate to customers the benefits to patients of the utilization of Alcon’s surgical products in order to drive and facilitate increased sales, market share and adoption
• Gain accounts commitment through effective marketing practices – e.g. holding practice development workshops for doctors/HCP; evaluating and follow up on post marketing effort
• Maintain a high level of product and technical knowledge
• Submit daily activity report utilizing Sales Force and Pitcher with contents
• Participate in trade exhibitions, official functions, congresses, seminars and other marketing events as required

In this newly created QA/QC Associate role, you'll be actively supporting our mission to deliver the right medicine to the right patient, at the right time.

Based onsite in our Changi premises, this role would see you responsible for the following on a day-to-day basis:

• Documentation processes for our QMS/eQMS
• Product releases
• Completing vendor and customer approvals and validations
• Supporting secondary packaging processes
• Supporting validation activities
• Supporting operational quality activities with our warehouse and cleanroom facilities

To be successful for this position, you'll need:

• Tertiary qualification in Science, Pharmacy or a technical discipline or relevant experience
• At least 1 years' experience in a quality role, experience in a warehouse and cleanroom environment within Healthcare, Pharma or Food industries advantageous.
• Exposure to GDP and GMP Quality Management Systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to quickly build collaborative relationships with cross-functional peers
• Sound time management skills and organisational ability
• Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative/documentation skills

• Production of drawings on CAD and BIM Revit model for C&S works 
• Working towards deadlines set by Project Manager or CAD/BIM Manager 
• Responsible for the quality of production 
• Prepare and update 3D BIM models for development of CSD/SEM models for submissions 
• Supervise the production of 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Office or the Client’s Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved 
• Maintain proper records of all issued & received models/drawings, Clash Reports, RFIs, BIM Register in accordance with the company’s ISO Standards and Procedures and ensure all the drawings are completed on schedule or in a timely manner. Perform regular drawing backups and housekeeping work in the directory 
• Lead the CSD coordination meetings with engineers and designers. Define all the CSD/SEM issues, prepare and distribute the issues accordingly. Follow up with the project team on CSD and BIM model updates 
• Lead the BIM modelers assigned to the project and manage the process of exchange 
• Support Project Team for Presentations with BIM-Model and related activities 
• Work under the supervision of BIM Manager and perform work task assigned 
• Report regularly to the Project Manager on the progress of assigned project works
