A bit about the role:

As a member of the APAC Compliance team, you will work closely with Compliance Officers, Product, Operations and other teams to develop and implement testing and monitoring plans for our diverse region. 

Building trust 

• Manage and perform processes and controls testing - scoping the review, conducting the assessment and collaborating with teams to resolve findings.

• Proactive communication of gaps and risks as well as proposing solutions as to how processes and controls can be strengthened.

• Validate the effectiveness of regulatory controls to build a trusted relationship with key stakeholders. 

Strengthening the regulatory compliance framework

• Support regulatory and financial crime compliance monitoring and testing projects in APAC.

• Proactively monitor compliance health in the markets using data and visualisation tools.

• Design meaningful and timely compliance indicators that enable internal teams and Board of Directors to analyse and assess our compliance health.

As part of the Compliance Assurance team in APAC, you’ll be able to develop and implement compliance testing and monitoring plans for different markets throughout APAC and provide assurance to key stakeholders on our processes/controls by collaborating with other teams.

Overview:

As a Quality Control Assistant, you will support the implementation and compliance of ISO standards within the company. Your responsibilities include assisting in maintaining documentation, supporting internal audits, and helping with quality checks to ensure compliance with established standards. JOB PURPOSE:

The Asset will report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager – Asset and is responsible to ensure the optimum management of regional inventory levels for a given product portfolio in order to meet the requirements of sales for a given business unit, while managing business risk and reducing any excess/bad inventory. JOB CONTENT:

• Daily purchases through IMS- Inventory Management System, either local suppliers purchases or global transfers from Memphis or UK
• Purchase backorder review – to monitor the inflow of product PBO in order to maximize assets via Inventory Management System.
• Coordinate stocking packages with Product Marketing.
• Profile inventory (common bond, customer specific, NCNR)

Position Summary:

The Lab Support Specialist performs Instrument and Information Technology Support including infrastructure, software, system integration, instrument support, IT, and project management as required to support EFII growth across all sub-business units. The Lab Support Specialist will ensure assigned applications are effectively implemented and maintained to meet applicable regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
• Develop or aid in the development of test plans for software validation and change control in accordance with all SOPs and Policies
• Validate and maintain computer software used to generate, process, or print raw data
• Perform simple to advanced programming activities including test, creation, or modification of the assigned applications based on user and/or system design specifications
• Identify opportunities to enhance automation/digitization within the business
• Complete specific programming or application improvement projects
• Review and update application documentation related to projects
• Develop, coordinate, and perform training sessions for users of the assigned applications/systems

• Manage all general office matters.

3. HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) – Site Coordinator for Sales office

• Assist in the implementation and management of all HSE policies.

4. Marketing Support

• Supports the APAC Marketing department in all aspects of commercial administration and activities
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to deliver marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives and internal communications
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events including physician education programs, conferences, symposia, and internal facing events. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Travel, hotel and venue reservations
