(a) Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

As part of our small and dynamic team you play a key role in the design and development of our Inspection and Metrology machines. Responsibilities

• Perform AML monitoring/review on Trade post-transaction files.
• Review/investigate Trade manual screening alerts and red flag escalated by trade processing team for potential sanction violations in accordance with SMBC policies.
• Ensure that review and investigation conclusions are adequately and properly documented for regulatory/audit level review.
• Coordinate and/or prepare the required management information reporting data as applicable
• Perform daily name screening alert clearance
• Investigate and report discrepancies and irregularities arising from transactions, system failure, etc and resolve issues including handling stakeholder’s complaints and escalating all issues to Group Head / Deputy Group Head promptly.
• Other tasks as assigned by Group Head / Team Lead
• Regular update of Procedures and Manuals to ensure the group operations is in accordance to SMBC policies, audit comments and in compliance to local as well as related overseas law and regulations
• Contribute in key initiatives and other ad hoc projects as needed

Job Description
You will be a member of the Group Information Security Team responsible for initiating, implementing and maintaining security products and solutions to support enterprise security.

Key Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert (SME) for the security systems owned by the Information Security Team.
• Ensure security systems are utilised to their maximum capabilities.
• Plan, identify, assess, design, operationalise and maintain multiple security related software and/or hardware.
• Recommend and drive cyber security solution and initiatives to improve cyber security of the organisation.
• Prepare RFQ and evaluation criteria. Proof of concept (POC) during product evaluation. Liaising with vendors to implement security solutions.
• Provide security consultancy, technical guidance, expertise, solutioning and education.
• Advise infrastructure teams on security design that is relevant and fit for purpose.
• Identify and assess cyber risks in the IT infrastructure environment.
• Review firewall requests.
• Keep up to date on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities on new platforms adopted by the SIA Group and propose mitigating controls.
• Any relevant ad-hoc duties. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• This is an individual contributor role. Deliver tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or related field, with at least 5 years in information security, especially in the application security space.
• Professional security certifications (CISSP, CSSLP, CEH etc) preferred.
• Experience in security products POC and RFQ.
• Prior experience in implementing and maintaining any of tools for EDR, XDR, SOAR, SIEM, UEBA, PAM, AM etc. and/or network security. Able to review firewall requests.
• Technical proficiency in one or more of the following security areas: network design, zero trust, Internet of Things, cryptography etc.
• Familiar with common web/mobile application vulnerabilities and technical knowledge to address and mitigate vulnerabilities. Any prior vulnerability management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, hacking and exploit methods etc.
• Strong oral, written, presentation and inter-personal skills.
• Possess positive attitude with drive, initiative, enthusiasm, and a keen sense of urgency in resolving high-priority issues.
• Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in AGILE project running on SCRUM sprints and daily stand-ups.
• Responsible for design, coding, testing and documentation.
• Able to liaise with the customer in requirement gathering, acceptance testing and troubleshooting.
• Develop secure, scalable and good quality application programs and API.
• Perform data migration, data transformation and scripting.
• Have a passion for delivering zero defect codes and be responsible for the codes developed.
• Participate in continuous integration activities and DevSecOps for testing and deployment.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for integration with external systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience with systems implementation and software development lifecycle processes.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• Hands-on experience in transforming functional specifications into design specifications.
• Familiar with some of these Web Technologies such as NodeJS, React, Typescript, MongoDB, Java Spring Boot
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a 12- Months Contract role based in Singapore.

Subsea Network Cabling experience is a MUST HAVE.

Requirement

• Provide support for multiple subsea cables O&M, and promptly troubleshoot a range of issues.
• Execute fault isolation based on the results of troubleshooting.
• Liaise with NOC, smart hands, and equipment manufacturers to resolve problems and reinstate service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-regionally with other network operational support groups.
• Work in conjunction with, and escalate to, various internal teams in pursuit of service restoration and impact minimization.
• Handle and escalate critical events while communicating in a clear and concise manner. Record and enhance operational processes and procedures.
• Assist in the development of monitors, alerts, dashboards, and metrics to facilitate continuous improvements.
• Recognize areas for automation and contribute to or participate in the solution using scripting or coding abilities.
• Assist with deployment activities and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with audit teams to ensure inventory and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Subsea Operations, Deployments, and Technology is a MUST HAVE with 8-10 years of industry experience.
• Proficiency and experience in Subsea and DWDM technology.
• Understanding of Subsea technology including open cables, WSS ROADMs, Branching Units, and Repeaters.
• Experience in comprehending architecture for system dependencies and translating these into implementable solutions.
• Experience in situation analysis, troubleshooting, systems and tools, and problem resolution.
• Experience in managing and switching BU’s, WSS BU’s.
• Experience in handling PFE and troubleshooting complex subsea power and grounding issues.
• Technical expertise in telecommunication networks in the subsea optical transport networks including DWDM, network infrastructures, IP Networking equipment, optical testing, optical measurement principles, experience with the photonic layer.
• Experience in CLS Management including facilities maintenance and security.
• Experience in identifying key metrics/measures that will be used to assess success and validate the business impact of the program.
• Experience in Subsea O&M including (but not limited to), marine repair and maintenance (including depot testing and sparing), marine repair dispatch, and spares loading.
• Practical experience with CLS tools and test equipment, in managing landing party use and setup of equipment during repairs.
• Knowledge of DCN operations, management, network security, and architectures.
• Experience in documentation and communication.
• Familiarity with the Network Management system (NMS), Element Management system (EMS), and CLI interfaces of different vendor platforms.
• Capacity to operate independently, strong analytical skills, coupled with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
