Key Responsibilities:
1) Facility Supervisor

Facility Maintenance and Management:
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all facility equipment and systems.
• Oversee facility renovations and construction projects.
• Manage facility utilities (electricity, water, gas) and ensure optimal usage.

Safety and Security:

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools.

Storage and Backup Engineer – In this new role, you will be responsible for monitoring, configuring and maintaining storage and backup infrastructures, and performing regularly scheduled and emergency maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

Configuring and administering Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) storage and associated components, Storage Area Network (SAN) including fibre channel switch administration, data restore and disaster recovery and data backup for clients and servers.

Maintaining storage aspects of new server integrations, storage allocations and change management.

Performing setup procedures to consolidate storage of data from different platforms (i.e. Windows, UNIX and LINUX).

Troubleshooting and fixing storage issues and also performing routine equipment check and preventative maintenance.

Performing storage analysis, capacity planning and performance planning of storage components.

Documenting the policies and procedures to support the operational storage environment and participating in the design and ongoing refinement of procedures and policies.

Preparing reports on storage administration best practices, new technologies, etc. and recommending enhancements and configuration changes to improve and optimize storage.

Job Description

· Planning, implementing and monitoring work schedule to meet project completion targets

· Preparation of progress reports, construction method statements and technical proposal

· Handling technical and engineering issues

· Ensure inspection and conduct check on site works

· Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants

· Oversee the day-to-day structure works of the project and provide timely updates

Education

Degree in Civil or Structural engineering that is recognised by PE Board or Degree Qualification acceptable by BCA (Preferred)
