· Conduct review meetings with construction to coordinate Inspection Test Records (ITRs) flow path is in accordance with system planning of relevant systems.

· Liaise with database co-ordinator on certification release and acceptance.

· Review and accept system / sub-system SMCC (System Mechanical Completion Certificate) with associated agreed punch list items.

· Liaise with vendors and plan site arrival to ensure maximum output from availability. Prepare arrival documentation and work site requirements on a case by case basis.

· Responsible for change management of system after initial implementation. To include any associated system configuration / correction / modification works are properly incorporated as per change control management.

· Responsible for review, implementation and closure of TQ’s raised on a discipline or systemlevel.

· Identify and prepare required test equipment, spare parts and temporaries with Contractor, Vendor or Shipyard for pre-commissioning and commissioning of system.

· Ownership and review Commissioning Packages as assigned in the system responsibility matrix.

· Prepare report for Commissioning Manager on a weekly basis of all Topside commissioning system activities related to commissioning on a system-by-system basis as per responsibility matrix

· Prepare Topside system related document and execute the B ITR accordingly

· Travel to offshore project sites and perform offshore commissioning / assist facility startup, and site survey as require

The person will be responsible for the maintenance of security / IT systems of customer sites.

You will require ensuring the operational and functional of the system under our scope. Working closely with STEE customer, contractors, vendors and establish well working relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Corrective Maintenance works/activities through the following (but not limited to):
• Responsible for the deployed system functionalities and ensure in working condition at all times.
• Provide onsite support on security system related work for the Server, Network, Security related Equipment and Workstation.
• Perform Routine and Corrective Maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.
• Perform standby duty after office hours as and when required.
• Attend to ad hoc call during and after office hours.
• Working as a team to support operations, ensure optimum uptime and achieve business KPI.
• Collate reports and checklist of PM works for billing purpose and CM works report for filing.
• Prepare/updates service checklist.
• Monitor of spare parts availability to support and meet downtime of system. Monitor of EOL/EOS of equipment installed.
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on site matters, work schedule and quality of work.
• Support Contract administration works (Ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist and asset list).
• Assist A&A work/ VO work for sites during maintenance cycle.
• Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Security/ Server System/ Network equipment would be advantages.
• Able to be on standby or on shift/rotation to attend on-site 24 hours emergency service.
• Possess good analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers at all level.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT, or with at least 2-3 years of relevant. working experience in IT Network industry and involved in Pre-sales or Post-sales of medium to large/complex Infrastructure.
• CCNA or CCNP certification is preferred.
• Checkpoint, Fortigate, SOPHOS, Aruba certification would be preferred.
• Familiar and conversant in Routing, Switching, Wireless, MPLS, DHCP, DNS, NAC, Proxy, Syslog, Firewall, SSL VPN, Network Management and Structured Cabling.
• Ability to perform independently and interface with customers, partners and account team.
• Good knowledge of consulting frameworks and methodologies.
• Good fundamentals in the understanding of the inter-dependencies of the services (application, system & network).
