• Perform network hardware maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested.
