The Subject Matter Expert (Systems) or Cloud Solutions Expert reports into the Enterprise Computing organization of IT Shared Services. You will work closely with both the Enterprise Architecture team, End User & Infrastructure engineering teams, and IT operations. You are depended upon for engineering IT Infrastructure solutions and operations in the organization.

As a subject matter expert, you will drive successful engineering of Infrastructure and end-user technologies for business adoption. You must have applied expertise in on-premise, hybrid, or Cloud-based infrastructure and end-user solutions. Assisting the Head of Enterprise Computing, you will be responsible for envisioning and developing the technical solutions that meet Organizational Infrastructure and End User Computing needs, advising on business transformation with the aim of aligning people, processes, and technology while fostering a relationship with our business partners as a trusted advisor. These infrastructure and end-user solutions will then be delivered end-to-end as part of the organization.

The role oversees several key functions within the IT organization that enables the delivery of high-quality services to end-users. You are also required to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs based on agreed Service Levels. This position is a stakeholder facing role and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the IT teams to achieve those expectations to a high standard.

· Adopt best practices towards Systems Design and Build and deliver products to our user community operable by IT Shared Services.

· Act as the 3rd level support to IT Shared Services infrastructure operations.

C. Job Profile

Knowledge and Skills

· The candidates are currently working on a cloud platform, and we are looking for pure system/Wintel guys, so we would suggest requesting a pure wintel profile with 8-10 years of experience from the vendor.

· Industry Technical Certifications is essential: Cloud, VMWare, Microsoft

· Well versed in Azure and/or AWS, VMware vSphere/ESX, Citrix Xenapp, Storage Systems (EMC)

· Experienced in Microsoft Windows environment, MS Exchange, MS Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy (GPO)

· Experience in Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Systems Centre Operations Manager (SCOM)

· Hands on experience in Wintel

· Knowledge of Health & Security Industry IT Operations would be a strong benefit.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation and promotion of QA related activities and compliance in the company. He/ She is also responsible to:

• Establish, implement, maintain & improve the management systems, namely: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SS 651.
• Establish, implement, review & improve on management systems’ documentations, namely: policy, objectives, manual, procedures, forms, etc.
• Manage all system certification, improvement and upgrade issues.
• Plan, manage and execute all internal and external management system audits to ensure timely closure of issues raised during the audits.
• Plan and conduct management reviews.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of all QA activities and support in HSE activities.
• Follow-up on issues to ensure timely closure of HSEQ-related reports, namely: customer complaint reports, corrective action reports, incident reports, etc.
• Prepare and submit Monthly reports.
• Support in the preparation and submission of the Safety Case.
• Participate as a team member in risk / HSE assessment team.
• Participate in external provider audits, where applicable.
• Co-ordination of Global QA initiatives and projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure new product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Quality Management System in manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001. Knowledge of API Q1 is preferred.
• Strong command of English language, both oral & writing.
• Knowledge of metal working industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of risk assessment principles and methods.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant IT work experience

At least 8 years of relevant experience

Experience with implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cybersecurity best practice and strategy in media network industry

Familiarity with security frameworks, risk management methodologies, security governance, and cybersecurity policy

Proficient understanding of Cyber and IT security risk, threat and prevention measure.

Manage Vulnerabilities and Track Remediation,

Experience in managing Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, Microsoft Certificate Services and VMware virtualization platform, AD/DNS/ADFS configuration, administration and troubleshooting

Experience in managing Security Hardening for OS, Network and Security Devices such as firewalls

• Experience with Microsoft and Linux technologies

Primary point of contact, and first responder for assigned entity's Cybersecurity matters

Perform security risk assessments, formulate and advise on risk treatment plan
Provide list of security requirements based on data classification and operating environment

Support vendor due-diligence process and help to lead and define overall third-party risk management efforts

Review security testing reports (e.g. vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and secure code review)
