• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to resolve quality-related problems.
• Document and report quality issues and non-conformities, and track resolutions.
• Develop training programs for construction staff on quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain quality records and related documentation for audits.
• Conduct material and product testing to ensure compliance with standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality control practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality control within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of relevant quality control standards and methodologies (such as ISO, ASTM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance (such as Six Sigma or CQI).
• Experience with construction software and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.

Work Environment:
