Responsibilities:

• Design, create, modify extract, transform, load (ETL) pipelines in Azure Data Factory ensuring efficient data flow from source to destination.
• Ensure data accuracy and data integrity throughout the ETL processes via data validation, cleansing, deduplication, and error handling to ensure reliable and usable data being ingested.
• Monitor the ETL processes and optimize ETL pipelines for speed and efficiency, addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring the ETL system can handle the volume, velocity, and variety of data.
• Participate in data modeling, designing of the data structures and schema in the data warehouse to optimize query performance and align with business needs.
• Work closely with Business controlling, data engineers and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver the data infrastructure that supports business goals.
• Provide technical support for ETL systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the continuous availability and reliability of data flows.
• Ensure proper documentation of data sources, ETL processes and data architecture.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of database experience in an enterprise production environment
• Working experience on Azure cloud and with Azure Data Factory is a must, and Oracle cloud would be a plus
• Demonstrable proficiency in PL/SQL to write SQL scripts
• Experience in data injection, cleansing and data modelling
• Hands on Database administration skills on Oracle and PostgreSQL would be a plus
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Curious, proactive, self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to plan / coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.

• Able to liaise with consultants and subcontractors.

• Able to work independently and as a key member of the Site Management.

• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department.

• Review drawings for conflicts with Structural/M&E and liaising with consultants to resolve issues.

• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintain the required quality.

• Ensure work safe environment at the work site and manage workers.

• Assist Construction/Project Manager in overseeing the daily construction and site coordination of different activities.

• Responsible for preparing, submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method of statements and shop drawings.

• To monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule & preparation of daily records & monthly site progress reports.

• Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters.

• Quality Control.

• Co-ordination of works with subcontractors.

• Liaise with the consultants on technical and quality issues.

• Arrangement for inspection of works.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related equivalent

• Required skill(s): MS Office, preferable candidate with AutoCad skills

JOB DESCRIPTION (ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Prepare the technical manuals and documents to be used by Operations Team and Partners
• Collaborate with R&D and other departments in expanding technical knowledge bases and references
• Conduct internal User Acceptance Test (UAT) for all new products, functions or features
• Conduct technical training to the Operations Team and Partners for new products, functions or features
• Provide an adequate training and assessment to the Operations Team and Partners to ensure quality of work
• Provide technical support to the Commercial Team and Partners for any Operations related topics
• Consolidate the feedback from Operations Team and Partners on the necessary product improvement to share with R&D Team
• Provide technical guidance to the Operations teams in performing respective tasks as needed
• Execute ad hoc tasks on behalf of the Robotics Operations Team as needed

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields
• Proven relevant work experience of at least 2 years
• Strong background in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)
• Proficiency in mechanical/electrical hardware installation, setup and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in system/network installation, setup and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ElcoCAD and any other design and planning software
• Knowledgeable of LINUX (Ubuntu) System and software troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of equipment, tools and components used in the industry
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical / electrical prints and other related technical documentation
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills
• Meticulous, organized and able to keep tight timelines with good communication skills
• Proficiency in using computers and basic applications such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT

• Willing to travel locally in a short notice

Assignment

1. The Mechanical Engineer is assigned to Technical Centre Singapore (TC SG)
2. The Mechanical Engineer reports to the Mechanical department Manager of TC SG
3. The Mechanical Engineer is based in Singapore
4. The Mechanical Engineer will mainly work in Singapore, travel to jobsites (worldwide) is occasionaly required

Experience

1. The candidate has a degree in mechanical engineering
2. Experience in the field of hydraulics will be a plus
3. Experience in electrical engineering will be a plus
4. Experience with AutoCad is required
5. Experience with Inventor software will be a plus
6. English will be the common used language and the candidate needs to have an advanced level of English both written and oral
7. Knowledge of other languages will be a plus
