The Role:

As the Assistant Atrium & Event Manager, you will be responsible for devising and executing strategies to maximize the profitability of our atrium events. This role will require a proactive approach in engaging suppliers, curating brand partnerships, and collaborating closely with landlords to optimize the event space for both attendees and brands. Responsibilities:

Event Profitability

• Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of atrium events, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences, adherence to brand guidelines, and alignment with revenue targets.

Data Analysis

• Collect, analyse, and interpret event data and attendee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, refine strategies, and make data-driven decisions.

Team Leadership

• Lead an operations team and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure all events comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies, maintaining a secure and pleasant environment for all attendees and participants.
