• Formulates plans for the development of the company's organizational structure and personnel, and promote their implementation;

Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management whenever required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, prefertable in the F&B industry
• Well-versed with the local Employment Act and other related employment guidelines/regulations
• Leadership quality and ability to lead a team and supervise projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Manage a versatile team of SW Engineers in the design and development of real-time software and automation control systems for the Company’s full range of semiconductor equipment.

My Client is a leading Insurance Firm and we are looking for a Head of Investment Risk to join the team in Singapore. You will be leading a lean team in Singapore with oversight across the wider Risk function in the Singapore office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks to identify, measure, and monitor investment risks.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of investment portfolios, performance attribution, and risk exposures.
