Job Profile Summary:

Reporting to Lead, Manpower Development, this role will drive recruitment and manpower growth through conceptualizing innovative schemes and initiatives that will aid the agency leaders in recruiting and retaining talented individuals as Financial Consultants (FC) and Wealth Manager (WM).

You will also be responsible for formulating policies and processes, enhancing current workflows, as well as provide data analysis in recruitment, performance management and attrition of new representatives.

Job Description:

• Responsible for operational efficiency of all manpower processes with main KPI to cut down onboarding time of all standard and non-standard cases.
• Collaborate and influence various stakeholders from Compliance, Distribution Risk and Manpower Operations to cut down TAT.
• Enhance effectiveness of current onboarding system support for Agency Leaders.
• Take on new recruits sourcing to onboarding end to end system build.
• Updates all policies to be in line with company and/or industry changes to ensure that regulatory requirements are adhered to.
• Provide data management and analytics support to the various stakeholders in the areas of manpower, recruitment, and new FC productivity, as well as develop dashboards for management reporting.
• Interchange duties with other MDMs in-charge of MAP, Sprinter scheme, IAP and PruVenture.

Responsibilities

Advisory, Engagement, and Adoption of Programmes

· Promote JSIT-RETAIL through one-to-one engagement with companies and work with partners, mass outreach events, and active follow-up on leads.

· Work with internal and external partners to support outreach and networking events, online and off-line marketing to increase awareness and adoption of JSIT-Retail.

· Identify, develop and maintain a repository of success stories on JSIT-Retail.

· Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing collaterals for publicity of JSIT-Retail.

· Use data-centric insights generation to enhance marketing and communications opportunities.

· Engage with customers and partners for advisory and adoption of programs.

· Work with training providers, employment agencies, and government agencies.

· Drive KPIs assigned.

Programme administration

· Assist with the administration of JSIT-Retail in accordance with established SOPs.

· Manage and process applications and claims on JSIT-Retail from partners and customers.

· Manage and consolidate monthly KPIs tracking, project updates and reporting data.

Qualifications

· Min Diploma/Degree in Business/Business Administration/Marketing/Marcom or related disciplines.

· 3 years or more experience is preferred.

· Must be articulate, and confident in promoting programmes to companies one-to-one and during mass industry events.

· Must be result-oriented, resourceful, and possess perseverance in meeting the organisation’s KPIs.

Job Description

• Responsible for digital solution sales in the local financial industry (bank/insurance).

• Accountable for account planning and sales strategies.

• Hunt for new accounts and expand the client base in the financial industry.

• Collaborate with pre-sales and professional services teams to develop total solutions meeting customer needs.

• Manage bid management and proposal generation for sales opportunities.

• Develop required client relationships to build trust and gain deeper insights into client situations, needs, and internal situations, with the intent of developing mutually beneficial, long-term client relationships.

• Lead business development activities, respond to opportunities, prepare materials for client presentations and pitches, and participate in marketing activities.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.

• Understand client businesses and offer sound solutions/products that translate into profitable business development opportunities.

• Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to create product roadmaps.

• Able to work in a tight compliance environment (e.g., accurate collection, sales recognition, profit and loss reporting).

• Negotiate MSAs, covering aspects such as termination, IP rights, liability, and data retention.

Job Requirements

• Minimum degree in Information Technology/Info-Communication/Finance or equivalent.

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in solution sales within the financial industry.

• Prior working experience with a global Solution Provider or in an end-user environment is advantageous.

• Sales experience in the Singapore/SEA market is preferred.

• Solid credentials in selling, bidding, and winning complex projects.

• Good customer contacts.

• Sound understanding of digital technology and solutions, passionate about the latest technology trends (such as FinTech/InsureTech).

• Experience in corporate presentation to C-suite clients or management level is an added advantage.
