The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive company growth and expansion. This role involves strategic planning, market research, relationship building, and negotiation to secure new clients, partnerships, and revenue streams. You will lead the team responsible for the development and growth of Defence Collective Singapore’s (DCS) business streams and its affiliated entities such as Singapore Discovery Centre (SDC) in alignment with the organisation’s objectives and targets. You will lead and develop effective products bundling, tactical promotions, pricing strategies and business partnerships to promote DCS and enhance the value proposition of its products and programmes. Main area of scope includes membership acquisition and retention, food and beverage management and retail management. This position will report directly to the Head of Sales & Business Development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and responsible for setting and delivering revenue and profitability targets; and visitorship numbers, mainly in areas such as membership, walk-in and retail.
• Ongoing development and growth of the overall business through identified segments and channels.
• To establish budget, pricing strategies and operations execution, with stakeholders to develop solutions and smooth operations for overall business.
• Collaborate with internal business units to uncover and develop actionable and measurable tactical plans to create market awareness and increase market share.
• Implement financial strategies by anticipating requirements, trends and variances.
• Review and prepare reports to reflect on the P&L and visitorship performance along with recommendations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in any discipline, with min 8 years of working experience, and 3 years in a managerial role preferred.

Project Manager

Responsible for coordinating, overseeing, scheduling, planning and supervising of purchase production and site management. Manage development and design projects with the goal of delivering products that exceed customers’ requirement.

1. Responsible for project administration, co-ordination, overseeing, scheduling, planning and supervision of project engineer, production, site management & subcontractors on all aspects of installation activities and preparation of drawings and installation details. To ensure that all objectives of safety, delivery and completion time and profitability are met for projects and equipment.
2. Supervise & motivate subordinates (Project engineers) in the project team.
3. Liaise and conduct technical meetings with M&E customers, owners, consultants and sub-contractors.
4. Carry out inspection of goods, attend workshop and site testing with customers.
5. Study and make recommendations on technical drawings prepared by consultants. Ensure drawing and manual preparation and drawing amendment are schedule on time.
6. Report on the performance of sales products and feedback from customers so as to assist in maintaining customer acceptance.
7. Attend new products and other general information of interest to the Company and customers.
8. Handle all customers queries and respond with appropriate actions expeditiously to secure sales and maintain customer satisfaction. Build good communication and project management skills.
9. Liaise with all relevant departments closely on matters pertaining to delivery and receipt of goods and commissioning of equipment.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Reporting to the RES (Real Estate Services) Country Head, the Asset Manager will be responsible for the management of day to day building operations across the Singapore portfolio and for the timely and cost-effective delivery of capital improvement projects.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all Citigroup facilities in close consultation with customers and other key stakeholders.
