Key Responsibilities:

6. Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
   Ensure that safety standards and regulations are adhered to, conducting safety meetings and training as necessary.

7. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
   Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are a plus.
• Experience: Several years of experience in construction project management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

ROLE

1. The primary responsibility for the role is to initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify sales leads, promote the company’s entire suite of services and “products / supply chain solutions“ and identify sales opportunities. The task is to convert these leads or opportunities into bankable sales revenue with acceptable levels of margins (to be defined by company).
2. The role holder is responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline. The incumbent must have a deep understanding of market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solutions expertise, in conjunction with in-house subject matter experts. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

System Framework Responsibilities (Regional)

Quality and Safety System Management

· Set and maintain the MC Packaging Quality and Safety system.

· Document and enforce manufacturing standards and expectations (e.g., traceability, sanitization, GMP).

Review the inspection history to summarize the integrity status of the plant equipment and piping systems.

· Perform the scoping work and prepare the job pack for process piping and in-service equipment based on engineering assessment and annual inspection plan.

· Plan and carry out fixed equipment/piping inspection via on-stream risk-based monitoring programs and downtime inspection activities including corrosion under Insulation (CUI) and corrosion under pipe support (CUP) on process piping and equipment according to annual maintenance plan

· Identifying the areas of special concern and deterioration (e.g. Dead legs, injection points, mix points, corrosion under insulation and Low silicon Inspection).

· Supervision and coordination of all on-stream and shutdown inspection and NDT activities for static equipment and in-service process piping.

What a Manager, Strategy Practice, Visa Consulting & Analytics does at Visa:

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Manager in Visa Consulting and Analytics, Strategy Practice, based in Singapore. This individual will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital payments across Asia Pacific working closely with the Practice Lead, and the country teams. The Manager will be responsible for leading significant components of client consulting engagements, within the digital & strategy vertical. Typically, this will involve the Manager interacting with the client team, gathering and managing project inputs, analyzing data to form conclusions and recommendations, developing and presenting compelling project reports and working with clients on executing recommendations.

The Manager will also manage a pipeline of engagements from early lead stages through to signature, project kick-off and delivery.
