• Assist PM in the execution of the construction activities and progress
• Coordinates project execution and planning
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
• Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.
• Oversee the planning, analysis, and recommendations in support of project construction planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules
• Managing interfaces with other contractors working on the project.
• Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
• Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings; applicable code and standards, and construction schedule and cost
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability

Job Requirements:

• HDB project experience is an advantage
• Min. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry.
• Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all level of staff.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to work on initiatives and to work as a team.

A boutique dental clinic looking for enthusiastic individual who can lead a team of dedicated dental assistants. Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred.

Main responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day operation.

• Billings and daily collections are properly and accurately done
• Company policies and SOPs are abided by staff
• Manage patients' complaints and service recovery
• Ensure clinic infrastructure is operationally ready and functional
• Oversee and ensure the stock levels of drugs, surgical, stationery and other supplies are adequate for smooth running of the clinic operations
• Oversee repair works (if any)
• Lead teams in achieving clinics' targets
• Provide administrative support such as managing claims (CHAS, Medisave)
• Track and feedback on any operational issues to Principal Dentist
• Provide administrative support for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
• Managing social media and website portals

Staff management:

• HR duties (hiring, training new staff, payroll)
• Manage nurses' roster
• Coach staff to improve on patient service quality and operational efficiency
• Other adhoc projects as assigned by Principal Dentist

Dental Assistant/Receptionist:

• Able to assist the dentist in treatment procedures
• Manage dentist invoice billing for mainly orthodontic patients
• To be able to do digital scans, photo taking for Orthodontic patients/patients that need to do Night Gurard.
• To do powerpoint presentation for orthodontic patients
• To do before and after photos for Orthodontic patients & Whitening Patients

Requirements:

-Experience in a related role is an advantage.

-Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

-Have a strong interest in service operations management, customer service or equivalent

-Able to Translate Medical terms/treatment plan/costing for non-English speaking patient is a plus

-Compensation commensurate with experience
