Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main Quality point of contact related to suppliers
• Manage External site to contractual obligations relative to Quality Agreement, specifications, quality, safety and regulatory requirements

• Understand and interpret applicable GMP Regulations pertaining to manufacturing and testing activities at External site
• Provide quality oversight of the manufacturing, testing, and release of materials at External site
• Author and drive actionable site inspection readiness plans
• Author inspection playbooks with External site on key risks/gaps and drive readiness efforts with External site
• Representation at product-specific Regulatory Inspections and/or during Notified Body audits of External site, as applicable or required
• Identify and mitigate risk at the External site
• Monitor and communicate site performances in means of quality metrics through actionable periodic reviews and operating reviews
• Escalate risks or roadblocks to management
• Drive timely decision making using principles
• Drive continuous improvements

Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Chemical Process Technology, Foodscience, Biotechlonogy, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Science or its equivalents

10. Healthcare Quality Feedback: Liaise, consolidate feedback from different functions to update and prepare final copy for Quality Questionnaires, Agreements and RFQ Proposals for customers.

11. Validation Programs: Lead the validation of transportation lanes and critical equipment like cold chain facilities, and packaging systems.

12. Depot Support: Provide secondary / backup support to healthcare specialists for market depots.

Requirements :

1. Hold local pharmacist license

2. Have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in warehouse, quality + QMS for pharmaceutical / healthcare industry

3. Have competencies in quality assurance / regulatory affairs, customer relationship management and root cause analysis

4. Have working experience ensuring compliance in accordance to Goods Manufacturing Practise cGMP,)/, Good Clinical Practises cGCP, Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) & ISO13485 for Medical Devices, IATA CEIV and other local certifications in a warehouse and transportation business.

• Responsible for performing laboratory analysis necessary for the completion of projects typically under the direction of Group Lead and/or in consultation with the Technical Advisor(s) whenever assigned by Group Lead
• Support Group/Program Lead in defining strategies, experimental plan and scope of project. This includes defining test execution details such as coordination of support services (analytical, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, purchasing, etc.)
• The Technician may lead smaller technical support projects in their area of expertise. Technician generally plan one’s own work activities to meet defined project objectives and timetables.

Requirements:

• Diploma with background in Chemical/Process/Technical Engineering.
• Experience in quality control systems.

Job Scope

• Ensuring QHSE documents (Manual, Procedure, WI/ SWP and Forms) are developed, established, implemented, effective and adhered to in accordance to the applicable standards.
• Assist the Senior Quality Engineer and QHSE Manager/ MR to prepare annual budgets and execute inspection and test plans.
• Implement improvement initiatives to enhance QHSE, productivity and efficiency while constantly reviewing and monitoring the outcome of the implementation.
• Manage and resolve grievances and conflicts arising. Motivate employees to boost their morale.
• Assist the Senior Quality Engineer and QHSE Manager/ MR to conduct annual performance appraisal for all reporting employees.
• Assist the Senior Quality Engineer and QHSE Manager/ MR to plan and organize QHSE annual internal audits for Singapore.
• Assist the Senior Quality Engineer and QHSE Manager/ MR to plan and organize QHSE management review meeting for Singapore.
• Initiating corrective/ preventive action reports on any HSE, manufacturing, material and product defects/ complaints raised internally or by the customers.
• Perform internal calibration for measuring instruments.
• Get quotations for external calibration and any purchases required.
• Monitor and ensure that all measuring instruments are properly calibrated, quarantined or disposed of if necessary and calibration records are properly maintained.
• Coordinating and controlling non-destructive testing by 3rd party inspectors including reviewing of the procedures and reports.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
