The service required are set out as follows :

Reception

• Cover front desk customer service duties for Primary School and MOE Kindergarten.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 GCE ‘N’ level Passes including English and Mother Tongue language.

Experience:

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression for our clients, visitors, and staff. This position would be reporting to the Group Human Resorce Manager in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, pantry and meeting rooms

· Handle gift redemption

· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages/couriers

· Manage meeting room bookings and ensure appropriately equipped

· Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation

Roles of Receptionist

Reception Duties

• Operate office equipment like fax, photocopier, etc.
• Ad-hoc simple administrative duties that may be assigned by the school

Requirements

• 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes or more, with a pass in English.
• Preferably more than 2 years of experience in Administration.
• Preferably with similar working experience in a school environment.
• Preferably have a valid first-aid with CPR certification.
• Experience in using MS Office Applications e.g. Excel, Word etc.
• Communicate well in English.
