Responsibilities

• Manage pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening and referrals to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
• Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team (Recruiters, Coordinators, other Sourcers) & hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications.
• Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and providing feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or similar discipline.
• At least 1 year experience in performing talent sourcing in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Recruitment Consultant

Location: Shenton Way

Working Days: 5 days, 8 to 6 p.m.

After probation - Working hours will be 10 a.m to 5 p.m. (if hit daily KPI)

Salary : Starting with Basic $2950 + $250 KPI allowance + commission

Requirements and Skills

• Degree in any discipline
• Candidates who are CEI certified would be of advantage
• With the passion & affinity to achieve target / KPI
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced and results-oriented environment
• A self-starter, goal driven person willing to put in the required effort to advance

Job Scope

• Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary, contract or permanent positions jobs with clients’ companies
• Conduct networking in order to attract business from client companies and build relationships with clients
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
• Search for candidates through Supreme HR’s database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy; receive and review applications, arranging interviews, and short-listing candidates
• Brief candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
• Prepare and edit resumes and forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Organize interviews for the candidate as requested by the client by calling and emailing them the required details
• Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
• Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
• Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates and career progression
• Follow up on interview schedules and status with hiring manager/HR
• Any ad hoc administration duties
