About the Role:

The role focuses on SAP for Insurance application support, technical solution development, and documentation. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, develop system solutions, and ensure quality performance through comprehensive testing. They will also support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation, provide production support, and collaboration with stakeholders to address issues effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Provide application production support within the service level agreement established.

· Engage in the technical development of solutions, including the creation of technical documentation, application documentation, and user guides.

· Analyze business requirements to deliver suitable system solutions.

· Conduct System Integration and User Acceptance Testing, and document the test results.

· Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions.

· Execute functional analysis and code programs in accordance with SAP coding standards.

· Provide user support during UAT and post-implementation.

Job Requirements:

· A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· General Insurance knowledge is preferred.

· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in ABAP application development and a willingness to expand technical skills.

· Experience with SAP ECC 6.0.

· Experience with PI/PO, background services, portal integration, SAP Web services, and SQL databases.

· Understanding of IFBC configuration and PBT/BDT framework, TMF model, and FPP framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and IT infrastructure and provide expert advice on how Ansible can address their needs.
• Design and develop Ansible Playbooks, roles, and modules to automate various IT tasks, including application deployment, configuration management, and system provisioning.
• Assist clients in the installation, configuration, and integration of Ansible within their existing systems, ensuring compatibility and smooth operation.
• Conduct assessments of client environments to identify areas for automation and process improvement and propose suitable Ansible-based solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and network engineers, to implement Ansible automation in complex IT environments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the entire deployment lifecycle, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Ansible.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate clients on Ansible best practices, usage, and maintenance.
