Responsibilities:

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding business, you will be involved in full cycle of technical recruitment where you will be trained to source, qualify, manage, negotiate and close offers for mid to senior levels professionals. On another end, you will also be exposed to conduct Business Development activities to clinch new clients onboard to partner with and hire the best talents in the market. This opportunity will also allow you to gain commercial knowledge and apply it on a daily basis.

As you will be working with our clients in Hong Kong, ability to converse fluently in cantonese is absolutely necessary.

Requirement:

Individuals who love to challenge themselves and are interested to discover the world of recruitment. No prior experience in recruitment or technology is required for the role, we welcome fresh graduates who are keen to kickstart their career in a Sales Recruitment role, or experienced professionals who are keen for a career switch to a sales based environment where effort and results will be compensated for accordingly. It will be a plus if you are from Sales background, and/or CEI certified..

All new joiners will be put through a comprehensive training program at the beginning of their journey with FRG, after which, they will be tagged with a Senior Consultant or VP's for OTJ training and guidance to familiarize themselves with the recruitment process. The Job

- Identify & develop guided new job placement and business opportunities by telemarketing, social media marketing and other appropriate means

- Follow up with the client to understand the job and business requirements regarding hiring needs

- Negotiate with the client regarding recruitment terms and conditions

- Search & effectively provide the best candidate using different platforms based on the client's requirement

- Understand the experience of the candidate and manage their expectations

- Build & maintain excellent clients and candidates' relationships

- Ensure that the company's objectives and sales target set are achieved

Requirements:

- At least 'O'/Diploma in Business or in any other field

- Target oriented & sales driven attitude

- Comfortable with commission-based income

- Positive attitude, a strong sense of urgency, self motivated & enjoy challenges

- Keen interest in sales and customer service with a never-say-die attitude

- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

- Team player and able to work well with all level

They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.

Your Future Role

• Work closely with global marketing teams to conceptualise and execute Marketing campaigns and projects relating to PR and digital marketing
• Manage brands’ assets (print & digital) adaptation that fit in omni-channel sales distribution (salon, retail and ecommerce), ensuring that it is in line with current trends across global markets
• Conduct market research and generate reports
• Coordinate with Global. Regional and country teams on organizing regional events/projects
• Handle other ad hoc marketing/business tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines, preferably from Beauty, Fashion or Luxury industry
• At least 6 years' relevant marketing experiences for Manager level, candidates with less experience will be considered for the Junior Manager position
• Proactive, business-savvy and self-motivated
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Working closely with Hong Kong team, willing to travel and attend virtual meetings at night from time to time
• Due to the nature of business and frequent collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese would be highly advantageous
