Responsibilities:

• Manage aftersales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential customers and secure sales.
• Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and customer interactions
• Other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirement:

• Possess minimum GCE 'O' Level
• Dealing with customer with social media will be an advantage
