Requirement

• T24 and TAP Domain experts with Test Program Manager
• Domain Knowledge on Private banking and Wealth management especially T24 application
• Experience in preparing and executing the test script for private banking domain
• Experience in Database testing
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Analysing users stories and user cases / requirements for validity and feasibility.
• Experience with Test scope assessment, discussing testing framework, plan, reporting metrics template, defect report and change management
• Effectively lead teams with various staffing models like on-shore and off-shore
• Knowledge in automation preferably in Selenium, TOSCA, BDD Cucumber, CI/CD tools and API automation
• Excellent communication & Stakeholder management skills, service attitude
• Systematic and meticulous with problem solving abilities

Join our expanding team as a Recruitment Consultant, where you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

Job scope

• Utilize various recruitment methods, including company career portals, recruitment portals, social platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Creatively search and engage with potential candidates.
• Conduct database and online searches to match candidates with client needs.
• Efficiently handle administrative duties, including resume typing and management reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/A Level/O Level.
• Preferably CEI Certified with relevant recruitment experience.
• Positive attitude and strong team player.
• Possess excellent communication and written skills in English.

• Minimum 3-10 Years of Relevant Experience in IT Performance Testing.
• Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management.
• Expertise in Performance Testing tools: Jmeter (Good to have: LoadRunner & NeoLoad)
• Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional tests.
• Monitor application logs to determine system behaviour.
• Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessarily follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.
• Analyse the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications.
• Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Performance Test Scripts for enterprise applications based on Requirements.
• Participate in Performance bottleneck analysis and fixes.
• Perform Performance Engineering (for Senior Perf Testers) & Performance Improvement activities.
• Communicate progress and issues through regular Status Reports
• Collaborate with Business/ Application teams to improve system performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to Finance Manager and is responsible in the efficient and effective function in Accounts Payable.
• To ensure the creditor aging balance is accurate and reconcile with vendor statement.
• To ensure that the payment process is initiated on a timely basis.
• To collect and review all documents necessary for preparation of the payment run (purchase request, purchase order, receiving record, invoice, etc). Ensure the mathematical accuracy and completeness of the transaction before filing them by supplier name, awaiting payment.
• To prepare Payable Vouchers and initiate the payment process in a timely manner.
• To perform all Accounts Payable sub-ledger postings and to verify that Accounts Payable subledger and General Ledger balances agree.
• To maintain the filing system for creditors’ and ensure that on-hand outstanding invoices match with A/P ageing report as per the system.
• To perform monthly reconciliations between AP sub ledger accounts and supplier statements. To print a system generated payment summary and ensure the prompt payment of all invoices selected.
• Stamping all documents “paid” once the payment approval process is completed, to prevent the risk of double payment in the future.
• To properly monitor the issuance of payment and liaise with vendor on discrepancies.
• To pay and disburse petty cash to both internal and external staff members.
• Liaise with inter-related departments for accrual on end of month and year end closing

REQUIREMENTS

• Have at least 1 year experience in hotel industry
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Oracle is an added advantage.
• Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and meticulous

• Work closely with clients to gain understanding of and identify needs for key talent, and support the client in developing proper job descriptions, match candidates to appropriate jobs, and negotiate offer terms and conditions
• Take a deeper interest with candidates, not just in utilising appropriate resources in identifying candidates for our clients, but above all listen to and gain understanding of what the candidate is really looking for
• Achieve quarterly billing targets and weekly KPI targets

Required skills:

• A record of high achievement in a fast paced environment reflecting a goal oriented mindset
• At least 3 years working experience in a recruitment agency
• CEI Certification as stipulated by Ministry of Manpower to operate as a certified employment personnel
