Job Summary:

The Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts. This role ensures that all contractual obligations are met, manages risk, and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. The Contract Manager plays a pivotal role in managing relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all contractual requirements are delivered on time and within budget.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible to review T&C in all contracts and risk assessment and advise solutions accordingly.

• Provide assistance and guidance to other departments on procurement activities, ensuring compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Relevant experience in preparing Tenders for Building, Civil & Infrastructure, and interior design works across infrastructure, industrial, residential, and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with Contracts, Law, and local legal requirements, with strong contractual and pricing knowledge.
• Professional qualifications from recognized Quantity Surveying bodies (e.g., SISV, RICS, MRICS) are preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
