Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of property and casualty claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Investigate and assess the validity and coverage of claims, analyzing policy terms and conditions
• Collaborate with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for claims resolution
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorised limits, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes for all parties involved
• Provide guidance and support to team members, sharing your expertise and best practices
• Maintain accurate claims records and documentation, adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes related to property and casualty claims
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of claims management strategies

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• Good facultative knowledge
• Experience in propriety or non propriety knowledge is preferred
• Experience in reinsurance claims is preferred
