6. Liaise with various departments, e.g. Service and Delivery Departments, to ensure smooth coordination of customer service
7. Visit customer to gather demonstration progress/feedback
8. Review individual Sales Executive’s performance, motivate and encourage Sales Executives
   to achieve sales target
9. Conduct weekly team brainstorming session to develop plan and strategy to improve sales
   performance
10. Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing with at least 5 years sales related experience
2. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
