• Assist the company of production in formulating annual production work plan, production budget, production schedule, production target and resource plan to support the realization of organizational goals;
• Maintain overall organisation responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related manufacturing legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and programs and initiatives of the company

B. Requirements

• Experience in the power cable industry at least 10 years.
• Genuine interest in the telecom and power cable industries.
• Effective communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Skills and experience in managing projects for / related to the cable industry.
• Strong management skills in resource planning; financial planning, tracking and control; * documentation development and tracking.
• Team player with strong leadership and willingness to develop others; able to handle conflicts.
• Planning and analytical skills with experience in relevant techniques and software application, strong problem-solving skills.
• High focus on project quality and performance, experience in risk assessment techniques and exercise.
• Prepared to travel and working long hours and/or during odd hours; as and when required.
• Candidates should preferably have the right to live and work in Singapore.

E-Commerce’s Governance Platform is a global team dedicated to ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for our buyers, sellers, and creators. We focus on areas such as risk detection capabilities, fairness, and sustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodity quality, and friction-free experiences to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

- Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of risk control systems.

- Collaborate with product managers and cross functional teams to identify and prioritize fraud detection and prevention initiatives.

- Evaluate existing risk control processes and technologies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance fraud prevention capabilities.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

- Define the long-term technical roadmap for the team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.

- 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on risk control or anti-fraud solutions.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.

- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working on risk control or anti-fraud solutions in the e-commerce industry.

- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
