Job Scope

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely debt collection and recovery.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients and negotiate settlements.

Requirement

Job Scope

• Ability to administrate on ACMV tender and tendering procedures.
• Up to date knowledge of market price trends
• List the scope of work and commercial requirements in order to determine the risks of the projects.
• Create Tender File in order to have proper tender management tracking and monitoring.
• Prepare and update tender submission documents on time.
• Prepare and follow up on the Request for Quotations to suppliers/sub-cons in order to ensure tender costing and technical data to be submitted on time.
• Take off Bill of Quantities from the ACMV Drawings, Points of Schedules, and Architectural drawings.
• Collate price comparison, costing summary and technical proposal in order to prepare tender submission.
• Study the addendum and/or corrigendum documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly.
• Good industry network with sub-contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers

Requirement

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experiences in M&E construction industry
• Possess knowledge of ACMV, Fire & BMS/IBMS will be an advantage

General Summary of Responsibilities

Fully responsible for the day to day operations of the assigned condominium
Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and site staff / contractors assigned to the condominium.
Carry out all maintenance functions according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations.
Handles renewal of term contracts and maintenance of contractual records.
Establish and maintain good relationship with SPs and occupiers of the condominium

Prepare agenda and co-ordinate Council Meetings

Attend and record Minutes of Meetings at Council Meetings and Annual General Meetings
Ensure compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA)

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Building / Real Estate Management or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in property management is preferred.
Experience in MCST work and knowledge of BMSMA is an added advantage
