Job Description

• To provide a level 3 support for the day-to-day service delivery, problem solving and implementation tasks
• Able to manage and maintain devices such as desktop/laptop; smartphones/tablets using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and SCCM
• To develop and implement automation and Scripting solutions to streamline mobile device management processes
• To troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to supported devices, including Windows, mobile (VPN) connectivity, remote application installation, and security/policy settings
• Communicate internally and to develop and encourage effective communications processes across the team
• Able to ensure documentation, policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years of experience in managing PC and mobile devices using Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune and/or Autopilot.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot in AAD and Hybrid environment
• Strong knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android) such as Intune device management, Azure administration
• Familiar with Shell scripting

Responsibilities:

• Construction lead for Mechanical completion activities
• Inducts safe work practice and procedure among fellow colleagues and workers
• Assigns tasks and manage the Mechanical completion team
• Organizes and coordinate FAT’s, EFAT with the vendors
• Coordinates and liaise with other discipline to expedite system handover and prioritize construction sequence
• Reviews and monitor Inspections and systems handover and make the job compliant to project specification
• Develops quantifiable benchmarks so that the scope is understood and everyone knows when the goal shall be achieved or completed (e.g. KPI)
• Demonstrates leadership in managing the subcontractor and immediate supervisor.
• Production planning and control of day to day activities, coordinating with the subcontractor and discuss on the outstanding activities during the weekly progress meetings and arranging materials for the subcontractor to move with the job
• Bridges between the Commissioning team and Fabrication team and ensure the system handover is done as per commissioning requirements
• Coordinating with team members in the preparation of the Risk assessments / Method statement for the activities
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion
• Identifies and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans
• Manages preservation activities

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in similar industry
• Proficient in MS office
• Will be working from heights and/or confined spaces
