Recruitment Consultant – RPO Specialist (Cloud Services Client)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team as an RPO Specialist. This role will be dedicated to managing an end-to-end recruitment process for a key client, a regional system integration company specializing in cloud services. The consultant will focus on filling Sales Manager positions across the South East Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment Management:Lead the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to onboarding.
  Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each market.
  
• Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining regular communication and providing updates.
  Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their needs and culture.
  
• Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various channels including internal databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks. Proactively headhunt and engage with passive candidates in the cloud services sector.
  
• Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Administer technical and behavioral assessments as required.
  
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client stakeholders across different time zones. Prepare candidates for interviews and gather post-interview feedback.
  
• Offer Management:Facilitate the offer process, including negotiations and handling counter-offers.
  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
  
• Market Intelligence and Reporting: Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver weekly dashboards and reports to the client.
  
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies. Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and efficiency.
  Stay updated on industry best practices and innovative recruitment techniques.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the technology or cloud services sector. (Past experience in RPO or managing large-scale recruitment projects is highly desirable.)
  
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any additional Southeast Asian languages (Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino, Malay, Chinese) is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, engage and hire top talent across all levels of the organization
• Lead, mentor and manage a small team to understand current and future talent needs
