Main responsibilities:

· Partnering closely with R&D, Marketing and Market Research to build the best consumer experiences

· Lead the technical evaluation of selected priority products versus competition, including and contribute to the selection and development of products and translate differences into various consumer facing communications/ visualizations, etc.

About you

Experience:

· Ideally 10+ years experience in Product Research experience with a multinational FMCG or Healthcare company OR partner agency that works closely with FMCG companies to deliver their Product Research goals

· Proven Leadership expertise in leading cross-functional teams- including external partners

· Proven track record of leading research for the development of market validated, consumer loved products

Soft Skills:

· Must be willing to travel to other sites to oversee testing (if required)

· A ‘people person’ to communicate and collaborate with various external and internal stakeholders globally

Education:

· Bachelor, Master or PhD (0r other relevant Academic qualification) in a Science field

Language:

· Fluent in Verbal and Written English to work across multiple countries
