Purposes

The Enterprise Platform team is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who can make an impact with various stakeholders by creating meaningful solutions for the challenges imposed. This role will be responsible for the design, build, and delivery of software development infrastructure to support customer internal tools and platform development. Partnering closely with different application team, this position will help direct project teams toward automated codebase deployment that satisfy the business needs and align with customer’s IT & Security strategy

Responsibilities

• Architect and automate the CI/CD production, staging and development pipelines

• Define new best practises and devOps standards as required.

• Hands-on automation engineer with experience in creating Infrastructure as Code, automating application deployments, and working with vendor and hyper scalar APIs to automated deployments

• Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to others, and promote open culture and DevOps.

• Manage and maintain the DevOps pipeline, and work with dev teams on a combined pipeline.

• Monitor standards/policy compliance by developing and executing governance processes and tools

Requirements

• Min 3 years’ experience in the Information Technology field.

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of industry experience working with DevOps functions for complex systems.

• Strong hands-on and working experience in Ubuntu, Linux Operating system and good to have RHCE/RHCSA Certification.

• Basic knowledge in Cloud Technologies with one of the public cloud providers AWS, GCP, Azure and good to have hands-on experience.

• Basic understanding on networking TCP/IP, Subnets, VLAN and network connectivity (TCP, UDP, ICMP) etc.,

• Experience in deploying IaC infrastructure as code with Terraform.

• Possess solid and deep knowledge and experience with containers and containers orchestration and deployments tools like Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, Helm etc.,

• You have an aptitude and ability to build and maintain continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment/delivery (CD) systems for complex, distributed applications, using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins etc.

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Identify and assess risks associated with AI projects, including technical challenges, resource constraints, and regulatory compliance issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
• Evaluate the success of AI projects based on predefined metrics and KPIs, analyzing outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating lessons learned and best practices into future projects to optimize performance and outcomes.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
• Proven experience (5 years or more) leading AI and/or Data management projects from conception to delivery, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of data management principles, data modeling techniques, and database technologies.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, data governance, and metadata management.
• Proficiency in data architecture tools and platforms (e.g., ERwin, SAP PowerDesigner, Informatica)
• Strong technical expertise in AI technologies and Data management, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Technical understanding to perform and lead data management practices – Data quality improvements, Data engineering – Experience in Python/DB programming languages – SQL is a must.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, build consensus, and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with agile or other iterative project management methodologies is desirable.

• Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) or data management (e.g., DAMA) is a plus

• Conduct KYC Periodic Review for Corporate customers, Financial Institution customers, and Wealth customers.
• Coordinate between relevant parties such as Relationship Manager, KYC Checkers, Compliance team to complete review in timely manner.
