Your Role on Our Journey:

Your Day-to-Day Adventures:

• Lead, support, and inspire a team of Customer Experience Consultants, ensuring they meet service standards and performance goals.
• Oversee and ensure prompt, effective resolution of driver requests, concerns, and follow-ups, aiming for high satisfaction level.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex driver issues, providing solutions or recommendations and maintaining driver satisfaction.
• Regularly review team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement coaching and training to address gaps.
• Develop and refine processes to improve customer support efficiency and consistency, always aiming for the best standards.
• Maintain strong, lasting relationships with drivers, fostering a supportive community within the Lumens ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the team to identify upselling opportunities for new vehicle upgrades or contract renewals.
• Continuously collect driver's feedback, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve Lumen's service offerings and customer journey.

This will be 12 months contract role to start with, and since this is an Operational role as well, shift work will be expected.

Responsibilities

1. Hypervisor Management:
a. Design, implement, and maintain virtual infrastructure using hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM).
b. Monitor and optimize virtual machine performance, resource allocation, and utilization.
c. Ensure high availability and reliability of the virtual infrastructure through proactive maintenance and monitoring.
d. Manage and resolve incidents and problems related to the virtual environment

2. Storage Management:
a. Oversee the administration of storage systems, such as SAN and NAS.
b. Perform regular storage health/utilization checks and recommend optimization.
c. Ensure sufficient capacity for application/infrastructure needs across storage systems.

3 . Backup Management:
a. Manage backup solution for client’s environment.

4 Documentation and Reporting:
a. Maintain documentation of virtual environments, storage configurations, and backup procedures.

Responsible for maintaining the DevOps Toolset with enterprise standard, supporting DevOps CI/CD platform and rolling out DevOps pipeline across business units as a centralized solution. The successful candidate will be a technically savvy, dynamic leader, excellent communicator, have demonstrable technical hand-on supporting CI/CD toolset coupled with excellent infrastructure knowledge and automation expertise. As part of a cross-functional product development group, candidate should be comfortable with working as part of highly talented teams ensuring that modern technology and process are utilized as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and maintaining the entire DevOps platform and toolset.
• Maintain the DevOps platform and toolset matching the enterprise standard.
• Coordinate with the stakeholders from requirements gathering until successful implementation DevOps pipeline on boarding.
• Work with the vendors to setup centralized DevOps solutions considering 2 of 3 market best practice, Industry standard and ease of support.

Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements)

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Computers Application / Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in Build and deployment artifacts using Jenkins (CI) platform.
• Deep technical background, with hands-on experience in supporting CI/CD toolset (Groovy , shell script, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Veracode, JIRA and Confluence).
• Hands on End to end pipeline setup in Jenkins
• Prior working experience installing, configuring, integrating, upgrading and patching CI/CD toolset.
• Prior experience is customizing JIRA and Setting up confluence spaces.
• Experience in setting up the Build servers (Mac OS and Linux).
• Hands-on experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline as a centralized solution and experience in setting up DevOps governance, Security standards and audit requirements.
• Prior experience in setting up DevOps pipeline for Java, Node JS and Mobile App technologies
• Experience with continuous testing, techniques and tools (Junit, Sonar Cube, Veracode etc.), exposure of automation accomplished with Ansible, Chef, Shell and Groovy scripting.

He/she will be reporting to the DLP Lead and be assigned with project and operational work and responsibilities which includes but not limited to, processing requests, investigate operational issues and facilitate security investigation by providing the necessary information in accordance with approved policy and procedures as well as process improvement.

About the role

McConnell Dowell is looking to hire a Project Plant Lead & Mechanic for our marine works project in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Will be handling all the equipment service & maintenance works as well as Pre-start inspection of all MCD equipment (through Upvise).
• Perform all the portable equipment inspection through Upvise. (Training will be provided through Upvise)
• Monthly and Incoming equipment inspections.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have;

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related Mechanic training certification.
• 5-7 years experience in servicing and maintenance of construction equipment.
• Preferably with local experience and knowledge in the civil marine works field, jetty, pier, wharf etc.
