• Extract, clean, and ensure consistency of large, complex data sets for migration
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data owners to prepare data migration templates
• Coordinate testing efforts with the internal HR team
• Conduct extensive validation and testing of digital solutions
• Support change management activities, including end-user training and content creation
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-implementation issues
• Perform detailed data manipulation using tools like Microsoft Excel and EIBs

Key Requirements:
