What you will be working on:

As a UX Designer, you will work in a Government Agency as a key member of the GovTech team. You will support the Chief Information Officer at the Agency, working with Agency stakeholders to undertake UX tasks in upstream Discovery and Conceptualisation, as well as Product Development and Delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Consult with stakeholders to understand goals and challenges and propose user-centric approaches to improving products and services to citizens, businesses and public officers.
• Drive user research activities through co-creation workshops, focus group discussions, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
• Create and rapidly iterate on ideas to develop storyboards, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes, or other methods as needed to prove concepts and demonstrate value.
• Align with corporate design systems and incorporate usability and good customer experience into products and services.

This will involve having good interpersonal and problem solving skills, a sharp analytical mind, and astute design judgment. You will work closely with Product Owners, business analysts, architects and software engineers to continuously design and deliver features for transforming citizen experience and improving agency efficiency.

What we are looking for:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Computer Interactions, Design, Psychology, Computer Sciences or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of UX experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates your experience in service design, design research, interaction design and product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project planning include but not limited to work scopes, responsible matrix, manhours and softwares, interface matrix.
• Prepare Master Document List (MDL) for overall piping design related work scopes with forecast date based-on Master Project Schedule.
• Align the piping design input data and need date with the respective stakeholders to define the piping design output forecast date.
• Review and monitor project budget related to piping especially for manhour and software utilization, exotic and high-cost material purchase, warehouse balance material utilization, etc.
• Lead a group of piping engineers and designers for project execution or/and monitor the work executed by engineering design house where applicable.
• Review and monitor engineering design progress related to piping work scopes.
• Prepare and raise technical query (TQF) and engineering variation order (EVO) related to piping for additional work scopes.
• Align the piping design output (such as piping isometric drawing, pipe spool drawing, etc) with construction team to ensure all the information required by construction teams are incorporated.
• Understand department and project specific design workflow.
• Understand Contract Specification and project requirement summary.
• Understand Class and Regulatory Requirement, Piping, Special Item and Valve Material Specification.
• Understand P&ID and piping routine requirements.
• Understand equipment layout plan (include escape route, maintenance space, mechanical handling, other equipment).
• Understand non-piping design related requirements such as fabrication, erection, painting, QA/QC, testing and commissioning.
• Responsible for ensuring that all works meet scope and technical quality of the project and comply with project requirements.
• Monitor P&ID revisions and ensure the compliance between piping 3D model with latest P&ID.
• Monitor design input need date and data required to execute the piping design works.
• Monitor 3D model clash and design review comments / punch lists.
• Monitor the comments from Client and Classification Society.
• Monitor all the piping related interface points.
• Monitor all the hotwork, tank’s coating and drydocking related activities where applicable.
• Monitor piping procurement status and surplus material due to drawing revision.
• Monitor all the hold items that affecting piping design completeness.
• Monitor and control the development of piping weight.
• Ensure proper communication and workflow are well established between piping stress team with pipe routine and pipe support designer team. Closely monitor the compliance between piping 3D model with the latest pipe stress analysis report.
• Review/comments piping arrangement, isometric and pipe supports drawings from piping designers.
• Review/comments on piping calculations carry out by other piping engineers/ subcontractors (e.g. pipe stress analysis report, flow master report, surge analysis report).
• Review/comments technical proposal from vendor.
• Review/comments vendor certified Document (VCD).
• Monitor and control drawing revisions especially when construction already started.
• Ensure proper communication and workflow are well established between piping designing team with construction team. Monitor the compliance between piping construction drawing (piping isometric and pipe support drawing) with the latest 3D model.
• Monitor the piping design database completeness (such as 3D model attributes, etc) to meet the project Digital Engineering requirements.
• Interface with vendor, other discipline lead, procurement, production, commissioning.
• Onboard vessel to carry out inspection at site.
• Provide support to piping construction, QA/QC and other non-engineering design related activities such as inspection, coating, painting, welding, test packages, etc.

Requirements

• Prefer to have at least 8 years of piping engineering related working experience or similar activities as describe above.
• Prefer to have experience in Offshore/Shipyard project, Rig building/Ship building.
• Prefer to have experience in FPSO project, both topsides & marine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Azure BCS Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and support of Azure solutions within the organization.
• This includes root cause analysis (RCA), data fixes for application issues, problem management support, coordination with release management for release planning, and updating runbook/support documentation.
• The role also involves addressing issues from the production system, such as configuration issues, data issues, user mistakes, performance issues, and more.
• Azure BCS Lead will integrate bug fixes, liaise with third-party vendor product support for investigation, and provide Level 3 application support, including code investigation and bug fixes.
• Cloud Platform Oversight: Provide strategic vision and leadership for Azure Platform services, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• Overall 7-11+ years of Azure BCS Lead experience, including:

1.Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Azure platform management, including data modeling and architecture, business requirements analysis, and data integration.

2.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in advanced analytics on big data, and real-time streaming. They should be a subject matter expert in Azure and have a strong background in managing customer interactions and ensuring seamless data integration.

3.Certifications:Consider certifications related to Azure (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect).

4.Experience:Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing data solutions on the Azure cloud platform.

5. Mandarin proficiency is a must as to manage Mainland China customers.

Desired Skills:

1) Cloud Computing and Azure Services Proficiency: A deep understanding of cloud computing concepts is crucial. should be proficient in Azure services, including:

• We are seeking a lead security engineer who can drive security strategy and initiatives from 0 to 1. This could be across a wide range of domains covering identity, application security, cloud, DevSecOps, or detection engineering. ABOUT THE ROLE

Oversee daily operations and administrative matters, work with volunteers, grassroots, schools, public institutions and other social services agencies on activities and programmes for seniors which include:

• Outreach and engagement of seniors
• Active ageing programmes
• Befriending and Buddying
• Care and support services
• To liaise with external agencies, organisations, donors, volunteers etc. to tap on external resources and / or publicise programmes. You will need to provide information and referral services to clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Programme Planning, Implementation and Evaluation

• Plan and implement programmes and activities to meet the requirements of the Active Ageing Centre service model
• Evaluate and ensure that the programmes and activities meet the performance indicators and operating guidelines issued by Agency for Integrated Care,
• Preparation of reports and other statistics required for management and funders.
• Network with other agencies to establish additional avenues of help for the welfare of the seniors.

2. Alert Alarm System

• Oversee and manage the Alert Alarm System (AAS) during the centre’s operating hours, rendering assistance when necessary.

3. Volunteer Development

• Develop and manage a team of regular volunteers from the local community to support the Active Agenig Centre.
• Maintain the centre’s volunteer management system
• Networking with institutions, corporates and other agencies to grow volunteer pool
• Establish a system of recognition for the volunteers.

4. Finance and Accounts

• Prepare and manage centre’s annual budget
• Procurement, Infotech and Tenderboard administration
• Manage the monthly petty cash utilization of the centre.
• Implement checks and controls in the accounting system to ensure proper accounting records and also to safeguard against misappropriation of the centre’s assets.

5. Training and Development of Personnel

• Lead, motivate and manage the team of staff and volunteers
• Manpower planning
