1. Strategic Planning and Execution

Responsible for e-commerce business planning in Southeast Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam) by developing and implementing the Company's strategic planning and annual business goals in the region, achieving sales and profit targets.

2. Marketing and Campaign Management

Analyse market trends, customers behaviors, cultural customs, laws and regulations of Southeast Asia market, leading the marketing team to formulate and implement an integrated marketing plan for the Southeast Asian market using social media, search engines, advertising, live broadcasts and any other channels to increase business volume and business visibility, as well as coordinating the promotion of independent domains and APPs.

3. Platform and Channel Management

Leads the operation of e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon, etc.,

Responsible for the construction, optimization and promotion of independent stations, including but not limited to independent station page design optimization, content updates, SEO optimization, etc.

Coordinate the entire process of product display, details page optimization, order processing, logistics and distribution coordination on independent domains and APPs, and explore traffic resources in Southeast Asia to improve user experience and conversio rates to achieve business growth.

4. Leadership and Guidance

Establish, train and manage e-commerce teams, including operations, promotion, customer service and other personnel; drive business innovation and decision-making through data analysis, enhancing the overall combat effectiveness of the team, accurately grasp the needs and behavioral characteristics of Southeast Asian users, and timely adjust the design and design of products based on user feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in related field, with at least 3 years of experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry, at least 1 year of experience in pet related operations preferred

Responsibilities:

Job Description

• Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive patient acquisition, and support sustainable business growth.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Strengthen the company's brand identity by ensuring all marketing activities align with its mission and values.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation while setting and achieving clear objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and generate actionable insights for patient engagement and retention.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as patient acquisition, retention, ROI, and brand engagement, with regular updates to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, improve patient experiences, and drive organizational success.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical company.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing principles and patient-focused strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic marketing and optimizing customer acquisition and retention.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to refine strategies and enhance performance.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Job scope :

· Handle full sets of accounts independently.

• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for statutory reporting and compliance of tax filing respectively.

· Responsible for month-end closing and reconciliations.

· Manage day-to-day function of Accounts activities, prepare bank transfer for local expenses and generate TT payments to overseas suppliers.

· Preparation of quarterly GST filing & yearly IR8A submission.

· proficient in SAP B1 accounting system.

· Produce timely and accurate financial reports (profits, cash flow, balance sheet).
