The Project Executive will be responsible for coordinating M&E works on site.

• Remuneration: $2800 - $3500 (Depending on experience)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 9am – 6pm
• Location: Aljunied (15 mins walk from Aljunied MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily on-site management.
• Aid in M&E drawings and track site progress.
• Help prepare reports and documentation before and after project completion.
• Market, coordinate, and communicate with potential customers, subcontractors, and suppliers via phone, email, and fax regarding company products and services.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in A&A projects and M&E services
• Nitec / Diploma in electrical engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, ACMV, fire protection, and plumbing will be preferred
• Candidates with more relevant experience will be given preference for a more senior role.

Benefits Summary:

Account Sales Executive (CCTV/ Security System)

• Permanent role
• Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Commission
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: Jurong East/ Toh Guan Area

Responsibilities:

Achieving Monthly Sales Targets:

• Source new projects from both new and existing subscribers.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations.
• Prepare security designs and proposals.
• Secure contracts and meet individual sales targets as agreed with the Account Manager.

Post-Sales Activities:

• Provide customer service and manage customer relations.
• Coordinate the installation of secured contracts, including the application of telephone lines.
• Work with technical teams to ensure installation and commissioning are completed within the given time frame and to customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on payment status from customers.
• Participate in all customer rapport programs as agreed upon by the Customer Service Department.

Sales-Related Duties and Tasks:

• Collect and share useful market and competitor information gathered from external parties.
• Participate in marketing and new business development activities as assigned by the Account Manager.

Overall Safety Performance:

• Ensure overall safety performance when executing daily tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and promptly, escorting them to their tables.
• Stay knowledgeable about the menu, promotions, and service procedures to assist guests.
• Handle inquiries through email and phone, making accurate reservations.
• Manage both reservations and walk-ins, ensuring optimal seating arrangements.
• Reconfirm reservations and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Engage with guests to understand preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
• Address guest concerns efficiently and seek timely resolutions.
• Gather and communicate guest feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
• Coordinate with the Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and inviting.
• Accommodate special requests and dietary preferences with care and attention to detail.
• Assist with Front of House duties as needed.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in Guest Relations Executive, Restaurant Host, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, or fine dining establishments is an advantage.
