Working Hours:

6-day work week, including weekends and PH, 42 hours Work Week

All will be rostered accordingly, hence they cannot choose their working schedule.

Responsible to:

•  Ensure that dishing activities are carried out by the standard operating procedures
•  Ensure that all special requests are properly arranged and catered to meet patients’ needs
•  Adhere to food hygiene and HACCP standard

The Requirements

•  Minimum Primary School qualification
•  Possess certification in Basic Food Hygiene
•  Able to work in a cold room environment/kitchen environment
•  Good knowledge of food production and preparation
