What you will be working on

• Execute key research projects for the Media and Publicity department, in accordance to strategic communications’ objectives.
• Manage external vendors for end-to-end research projects, including briefs, procurement, questionnaire/research design, fieldwork and data collection processes.
• Apply appropriate methodologies to address research objectives and assist with reporting to senior management when required.
• Enhance the depth and precision of insights derived from external vendors by triangulating their reports and analyses with diverse data sources, including user and secondary research, as well as digital marketing analytics. This comprehensive approach help address the Board’s branding and digital marketing objectives.
• Assist to source for both primary and secondary research opportunities to collect necessary data points that can help enhance cross-channel marketing/personalisation efforts fronted by the Performance, Insights and Optimisation Team.
• Assist with conducting exploratory research for new projects and audience segments, primarily for performance marketing and email marketing channel management requirements.
• Facilitate the sharing process and identify valuable datasets and findings from externally conducted research and data projects, ensuring efficient dissemination to key stakeholders.
• Oversee and curate the research knowledge repository for the team, ensuring organized and accessible storage of valuable research insights and resources.

What we are looking for

• At least 4 years of work experience in marketing research, with prior experience in opinion polling/brand sentiment and/or digital marketing projects.
• Experience in overseeing the entire lifecycle of research projects, from gathering initial requirements to presenting comprehensive findings to management.
• Experience in digital marketing concepts and strategies, particularly integrating marketing research insights with analytics for personalised CPF communications.
• 9Experience in utilising both quantitative and qualitative research methods to understanding behavioural insights and other business intelligence methods
• Good presentation skills, ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner tailored to various stakeholders.
• Proficient in utilising data analytical tools (e.g., R Studio, SAS, Excel) and experience in social listening insights and digital/content analytics using tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio insights generation will be preferred.
• Beneficial to possess a good understanding of the insurance and financial industries or current affairs, enhancing the ability to contextualise and interpret research findings effectively.
• Good stakeholder management and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while properly prioritising urgent and high-impact work

Job Description

• Assist & support the HR Managers on the full-spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations and other events & projects. (e.g Employee engagement programmes) 
• Update and maintain data of employees in HR systems, ensures data accuracy of all entries 
• File and maintain e-personnel documents in an organized manner under the Employee’s individual P-file 
• Administer & update Leaves and schedule of outlet staffs 
• Monitor & process all work passes renewal and applications 
• Preparation of Employment contract, memos and other necessary letters & correspondence  Monthly payroll, CPF submission and commission calculation 
• Handle the recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding process 
• To prepare yearly IR8A and to upload to tax portal for employee’s tax filing, to file IR21 and manage tax clearance etc. for WP holders
• Manage the employee's communication e.g announcement of policies, events etc 
• Liase with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance 

Job Requirements

• Preferably Diploma in HR Administration/ Accounting 
• At least 2 -3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field 
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft excel 
• Preferably good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and the Singapore Labour Law 
• Able to deal with people of different levels, internal and external. 

Work & Responsibilities:

• Prepare innovative and functional architectural, interior, or industrial concepts, design development, detail/ construction drawings.
• Preparation of formal Presentation of Design Proposal to client
• Coordination with project consultants and preparation of Drawings (2D and 3D) during feasibility studies, design development, Tender and Construction stages.
• Coordination with Contractor on design details, material submission for approval and technical matters during Construction stage.
• Attend related project meetings and inspect work on site when necessary.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUP, Photoshop, Revit (or other relevant design software) and PowerPoint for presentation.
• Ability to adapt to changing project demands and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible working mindset in designing to accommodate varying project needs.
• Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage.
• Possess excellent technical design skills with an eye for details.
