Job Description:

• General accounting duties
• Preparation of monthly reconciliation reports
• Handle full / partial spectrum of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable and /or cash count duties
• Follow up on Accounts Receivables and maintain Debtors Aging Updates on overdue accounts
• Handle day to day finance operation transactions and maintain full set of Accounts
• Prepare bank reconciliations and to resolve any issues highlighted
• Support any other ad-hoc duties/projects as required
• On-the-job training and/or job rotation opportunities will be provided

• GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma with basic accounting knowledge

• Assist in daily account duties like issuing payment expense claims, document filling.
• Check and prepare daily and monthly sales report.
• Assist in monthly closing of full spectrum accounts.
• Assist in Goverment grant application.
• Filing and archiving of documents.
• Any other duties as assigned.
• Handle general office administrative matters and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum O level and above.
• Preferred basic knowledge of accounting.
• Preferred knowledge of goverment grant.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Accouting.

3) Resolve Problems, to Improvise Service Flow, thus increase Productivity.

4) Educate Customers on Equipment Operations, Care and Maintenance.

6) New Service Technicians Recruitments.

7) Must bewell versed in Commercial Kitchen Equipments.

• Understanding department plan objectives and KPIs
• Understanding of quality of service is maintained aligning to IMS and BCM requirements in contract dept.
• Serves as secondary representative to contract manager dealing directly with existing and potential new clients; maintains and enhances customer relations through visitations, engagements and meetings
• Tender management – prepare costing sheet and submit all required documents on time
• Engages clients at a detailed level to gain an understanding of the business issues and objectives driving the clients’ needs
• Identifies the need for, and engages the appropriate vendor or partner personnel with the proper skill set to assist the solution and technology definition as required by customers’ opportunities.
• Responsible for negotiating, ensuring timely renewals on existing allocated and establish new customers
• Assist and guide contract executives for their assigned customers and other allocated tasks when necessary.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure all clauses and implications in contract administration are properly addressed and resolved
• Value-add to current product sales by promoting related and or / new products
• Develop good product knowledge and market awareness
• Assist in working towards contribution towards Financial Year Targets
• Any other duties assigned by Contract Manager , Senior Contract Manager and Head of Service Division

Roles

- assist in all treatment procedures such as cleaning of teeth

- sterilisation of all instruments and equipment

- maintainance of treatment, waiting rooms and reception area

- preparation of items to be used eg. gauze folding

- appointment scheduling, invoicing of patients etc using our software

Working Hours

Full time comprising 5.5 days a week with ad hoc evening hours

Requirements

Relevant dental assistance experience or GCE O levels

Candidate must be mature and responsible

Full training will be provided
